Restaurant Description:	Hand-crafted wines, modern casual dining. Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant combines an upscale casual restaurant with a premium working winery, piano bar and a Napa-style Tasting Room all under one roof.

		Extraordinarily average dining experience for so much hype. Serversare pleasant but tend to have scattered attention, not all wines available, most steak dishes are mediocre and both times we've dined here we had to send dishes back for being over-cooked. The Disney-like 'exit through the gift shop' is tacky. Bar area is nice, restaurant cleanliness is pretty good. Although not an awful place to eat, don't go out of your way to try it.
