		great food, great service, great mgt, and great cooking....good selection of wine as well.
		I just moved here a few years ago and was looking for a great Italian, given theres not much of an option around this area but i must say I changed my mind when I ate at Mamma's. I have ate there many of times before I moved down here and I must disagree with the post above (No offence). I can agree with the salad part about it not looking or tasting the freshest, but must say differnt with the entrees. The first few times there I was just getting a simple pizza or a small entree due to the fact that I was still in the moving process and didnt want to go all out the first few nights there, i must say the pizza was amazing, cooked to perfection with great flavors. Once we moved in we went out as a family and we had a great experience there. Very affordable. The gentleman there that seated us made us feel like we where right at home, always comming back to chek on us to see how things were. We really enjoyed him and the entire staff. The entrees my husband and I had were fantastic, great flavor and suace was perfect. They had a great selection of food from all over, and great kids meals and saying that I have a 5 year old and a 8 year old who is really hard to please when it come down where we are going to eat. My husbands entree usually is one of the chefs specials which im not mistaking last time was a lobster ravioli which looked and tasted amazing, my entree last time, cant quite remember the name but it had marsala wine with mushrooms, spinach, mozzeralla cheese and topped with tomato sause, whch is my new favorite dish there. I must say everything tasted really fresh and full of flavor. over all I think this ma and pop itlaian restautant is great, if im not mistaking I do believe that they all are from italy(the owner and his family.) I do recommend this place to all my friends and coe workers all the time and espically vistors. The entrees are very afortable. Its a great atmosphere and like I said above then gentleman and his staff are extremely friendly.
		I must agree, everything was great there. I hosted a party and the gentleman that runs the front was more then helpful and the staff took great care of us. My mothers 60th suprise party will be one we never forget!
		I've had three dinners here (for objectivity) and this is my conclusion. Mamma Concetta's is an Italian restaurant with a menu that extends beyond the chef's talent and budget. Nothing is fresh. My meals begin with a browning salad (most obviously from a bag) and store bought salad dressings (they attempt and fail at a homemade italian dressing however). The bread comes and every time it has been overcooked or stale. The entrees are completely bland. The sauces are not fresh and are obviously made from canned sources. No pasta is made on-site and has been consistently overcooked. The meats are under-seasoned and never cooked properly. The seafood (shrimp especially) had no seasoning and was quite rubbery. The over-all experience has been disappointing. The success of any great italian restaurant is simple, fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Nothing hit the mark for Momma Concetta's from my experience. It appears the owners wanted to make an italian restaurant without ever knowing what good italian is.
